By accessing and using the Priv8Car website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Priv8Car's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the materials for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

3. Booking & Reservations

Booking Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
• You must be at least 18 years old to book services
• You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account
• You agree to keep your password confidential

Confirmation & Changes

• Booking confirmations will be sent via email or phone
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance
• Same-day bookings are available but subject to availability
• We will make every effort to accommodate requested pickup times

Cancellations & Refunds

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 2+ hours before scheduled pickup receive a full refund
• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No-Show: Full service charge applies for no-shows or cancellations less than 30 minutes before pickup
• Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of booking unless other arrangements are made
• We accept all major credit cards, digital payment methods, and cash
• Corporate accounts may use invoicing and net-30 payment terms
• You authorize us to charge the payment method provided
• We do not store credit card information on our servers (PCI DSS compliant)
• Additional charges apply for excessive wait times or route deviations

5. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

By booking with Priv8Car, you agree to:

• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not engage in illegal activity or possess illegal substances
• Not smoke, vape, or consume alcohol in vehicles
• Not eat or drink anything that could damage the vehicle interior (exceptions made for water)
• Not transport hazardous materials or weapons
• Maintain vehicles in clean condition and respect vehicle policies
• Be ready and waiting at the designated pickup location
• Provide accurate destination information

6. Priv8Car Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, courteous service at all times
• Operate vehicles safely and legally
• Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained
• Arrive within the scheduled window (weather and traffic permitting)
• Maintain passenger privacy and confidentiality
• Assist passengers with accessibility needs appropriately
• Report any issues or incidents promptly

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priv8Car shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks associated with using our services, including but not limited to traffic incidents, weather conditions, and vehicle-related incidents. Priv8Car maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, but passengers use our services at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Priv8Car website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Priv8Car or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation by a neutral third party
3. Binding arbitration according to applicable laws

11. Modifications to Terms

Priv8Car reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
